realtime corrections for GPS satellite clocks and orbits. He received his diploma in mechanical engineering from the Technical University at Braunschweig, Germany. Dr. Oliver Montenbruck is head of the GPS Technology and Navigation Group at GSOC. His current field of work comprises the development of on-board navigation systems and spaceborne GPS applications. He has written various text books on computational astronomy and satellite orbits.
