In this paper, we introduce the concepts of the fuzzy complete inner-unitary subsemigroups and the fuzzy group congruences on anE-inversive semigroup. Some of their properties are investigated. Finally, we show that there is a one-one correspondence between the fuzzy complete inner-unitary subsemigroups and the fuzzy group congruences on an E-inversive semigroup.
