Abstract:
My interest is in the 3D reconstruction of 3D objects from intensity images. The talk will cover two topics. First, the scale model (as a fish scale) proposed by Radim ##ra will be overviewed. The whole reconstruction procedure consists of the following steps: stereo images capture! correspondece! point cloud! local photometric and geometric model (scales) ! scale model refinement using photometric constraints! image visualization with texture. Second, the ongoing work, the scale model refinement, will be discussed in more detail. 1
