Abstract: The specification of embedded systems often
contains several different specification or modeling
languages with fundamental differences
in their underlying models of computation. In
this paper, we present the SPI model, a common
internal representation that integrates the
aspects of several models of computation and
is targeted to scheduling and allocation as well
