Abstract: In the context of modern electronic commerce and other advanced internet applications, distributed intelligent agents are widely used. Large, complicated applications involve tens of thousands of agents making transaction with database or knowledge base at the same time. Similar scenerio is true for Open Constraint Programming, which is designed to facilitate reactive database transactions that are suitable for online trading or internet computing.
