Abstract: This report describes a data store for HDM instance data. The store is implemented using Postgres relational tables (as are the Automed Model and Schema Repositories). A Java API allows the store to be populated and queried, alternatively a parser reads a text file description of the data and uses this to populates the store. An Automed wrapper exists to enable the IQL query processor to query this store as it would any other data source. 2 Characteristics of HDM instance data The HDM data... (Update)
