Annual and Summary Report Page i of ii Executive Summary The purpose of this report is to provide information to several stakeholders and to satisfy the regulatory requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) including the Drinking Water Quality Management Standard (DWQMS), and regulatory reporting required under O.Reg. 170/03 (Section 11 and Schedule 22). The report is a compilation of information that helps to demonstrate the ongoing provision of a safe, consistent supply of high quality drinking water to customers located within the City of Guelph and the Gazer Mooney Subdivision (located in the Township of Guelph/Eramosa). Water Services is a municipally-owned and-operated water utility established in 1879. The Guelph Drinking Water System is a Class IV Water Distribution and Supply Subsystem and is composed of water supply and treatment facilities and a water distribution system. The Gazer Mooney Subdivision Distribution System is a Class I distribution system supplied with water from the Guelph Drinking Water System.
