Abstract
Articles submitted to Air and Space Power Journal (ASPJ) must be unclas-sifi ed, nonsensitive, and releasable to the public. They must also conform to the following requirements: Formatting and Length • Use Microsoft Word. • Do not use templates or similar desktop-publishing features. • Observe word limits for the various types of articles (not including endnotes). o Feature articles: 5,000 to 6,000 words o Views articles: 3,000 to 5,000 words o Commentary articles: 1,500 to 2,500 words References • Ensure that endnotes are complete and formatted properly; use embedded endnotes (not footnotes and not author-date citations in the body of the article). Format all endnotes in accordance with the guidance found in AU-1, Air University Style and Author Guide (see Appendix A, “Note Citations, ” pages 139–61, at the URL mentioned in “Submission Infor-
