Abstract
this article has focused on small sets of utterance, we feel that the representation and associated techniques are applicable to larger sets of utterance, for example, the email archive of an organization. In both cases the data can be viewed as a huge set of utterances which can be partitioned into smaller sets based on the utterer, the receiver of the utterance, and the topic(s) being uttered. Our future work is directed at scaling the representation and techniques presented in this article towards the mining of tacit knowledge and the capture of organizational memory
