Abstract
division is the product of many individuals, and I would like to sincerely thank the various contributors for their efforts. This includes authors who submitted interesting work, and reviewers who evaluated it. The role of reviewers is key to the process of developing an excellent array of high calibre papers. Reviewer efforts not only augment the quality of the work submitted to the conference Proceedings, but also assist researchers – both emerging and experienced – to hone their craft. It is worthy of mention that many student researchers submitted high level papers to the IS division this year, and many of these papers were accepted for the Proceedings. Appreciation is also extended to those who agreed to serve as both session chairs and discussants. In particular, I would like to thank Dianne Cyr, this year’s IS Program Chair, who provided comprehensive support to me in my role as Academic Reviewer for the division. Khaled Hassanein likewise deserves hearty thanks for his role as Division Chair. Also, I would like to acknowledge the help and support provided by Ms. Rola Zoayter.
