Abstract
Discovery limits for the neutral SUSY Higgses in the l + jet + E miss t final state from A; H;h ! are calculated as a function of mA and tanfi. For the selection efficiencies and jet rejection factors results obtained from a detailed simulation of the CMS calorimeter are used. Possibility to suppress the irreducible Z; fl ! background with b-tagging in the associated production channels is studied. The expected reach in mA , tanfi parameter space for 3 \Theta 10 4 pb \Gamma1 taken at low luminosity is presented. a) On leave from ITEP, Moscow, Russia 1 Introduction In MSSM the branching ratios of A; H;h ! are enhanced at high tanfi values. Around mA = 150 GeV, where the h !flfl channel is not yet accessible, the , and bb decay channels seem to provide the only way to probe the SUSY Higgs mA , tanfi parameter space for tanfi values in excess of 3, which is the upper reach of the H !ZZ;ZZ !4l \Sigma channel.
