Abstract
intended audience Project IST-507749 – TERREGOV The deliverable D1.4 follows the plan decided in July 2004 and contains several state of the art sections and a description of research issues which will be investigated in the second half of 2005. Several sections covering the state of the art, are an answer to the first review recommendations. Make a survey on issues relevant to the second year of the project. Study applicability of tools in the project and give recommendations. Allow the technical partners to have a synthetic view of issues raised by the research and their future implementation. Allow the TerreGOV partners to share a common understanding of the needed technologies. Allow the TerreGOV partners to share a common understanding of research domains in relation with the project.
