Abstract:
Policies " (GSP) in the Pict programming language. Since Pict is defined by mapping programming language constructs to the pi calculus, this exercise helps us on the one hand to assign an operational semantics to GSP, and on the other hand to explore the use of Pict and the pi calculus as a basis for modelling advanced object-oriented programming constructs. Keywords: Object-based concurrency, synchronization, p calculus, semantics.
