Abstract: Natural Resource Management is a critical problem for developing countries. We give in this work an architecture of a Decision Support System for the assessment of natural resource usage and a formal specification of its components. We describe how to assign resources to users to have good production, acceptable satisfaction of users and preservation of the environment.
