Abstract: Differentiated services (DiffServ) is currently under investigation by IETF to provide relatively simple and coarse traffic differentiation in the Internet. In this paper, we present a framework for transmitting MPEG video by dividing the bit-stream into sub-streams of different delay and loss requirements.
