Abstract: We introduce resolution based diagrams of propositional formulae. These provide a new concept of a refutation deduction, dual to tableaux, for testing satisfiability and validity. Soundness and completeness of the resolution diagrams proof system is obtained for the classical propositional logic, following the same lines as usual for the resolution proof systems. We focus on this algorithm as a promising one, and rather efficient for automated verification of correctness, validation, and model... (Update)
