Abstract: Today the organizations used information technology in performing human resource department affairs and this is called as electronic human resource management (EHRM). In fact as the competitive complexity increases, the need for implementing EHRM in production and service businesses increases too. This paper is written in order to specify the importance of implementing EHRM in production and service organizations and also to evaluate efficiency rate and the importance degree in these two ones. In this paper first the topic's literature and the most important aspects of implementing these systems will be reviewed and after categorizing these views, the hierarchal model will be proposed by applying AHP method. The result of analyzing this model by EXPERT CHOICE software shows that implementing EHRM in both kinds of organizations has the same importance; however there is a large difference between them in implementing aspects.

Abstract—This research aims to study the pattern of the electronic human resources management (e-HRM) of the hotel business in Phuket. The study is conducted with the implementation of field data and in-depth interview of hotels’ HR managers. In consequence, the study reveals that the hotel business has applied the use of the e-HRM varying in job recruitment (15 percent), employee engagement (55 percent), organizational file structure (10 percent), idea and creativity exchanges (38 percent) and assessment system (6 percent). However, considered as 100 percent, the hotel business has not prepared to apply the use of the e-HRM in salary system, learning and training program, welfare allocation and career development. Organizations have limited resources for investment making it imperative that resources utilized provide some benefit for the organization. Electronic human resource management (E-HRM) systems have been shown to have notable benefits for the organization including cost saving capabilities. However, when implemented in practice E-HRM systems consistently fail to produce desired results. Given these issues, the current investigation sought to determine factors relating to organizational outcomes through the use of E-HRM. Specifically, the DeLone and McLean Model of Information Systems Success were modified for the analysis of E-HRM systems. The results indicate that service and information quality impact staff satisfaction with E-HRM, leading to the intent to use the system and benefits for the organization
