The study builds on the recent and growing scholarly focus on "mass " business communications and proposes a number of promising avenues for future research. hile business communication traditionally focused on the composi-Wtion of personally transmitted messages (e.g., letters, speeches), recent years have witnessed increasing attention to various forms of &dquo;mass&dquo; business communication.
