Table 1 Design of questionnaire.

in Optimum Pricing Methods for Multiple Guaranteed Bandwidth Service
by Kyoko Yamori, Hiroyuki Ito, Yoshiaki Tanaka 2005
"... In PAGE 3: ... To test the assumption, it is necessary to quantify the relation between guaranteed core network bandwidth and WTP. The overall design of the questionnaire is shown in Table1 . The questionnaire is intended to investigate WTP with respect to bandwidth guaranteed by priority control.... ..."

Table 1 show an increasing section time for Section 1 to Section 5. The questionnaire was designed to become more difficult as subjects progressed through each section. As expected, the section times increased. This validates our funnelling questionnaire design which required varied network skills for each section.

by Anne-claire Debaque, Paul Freedman, Jean-michel Goutal, Rudolf Keller, Michel Levy, Fayez Saba 1994
"... In PAGE 7: ... Voltaire has no graphical interface. The modelling features of the three tools, as shown in Table3 , are also similar. Indeed, all support exactly the same coloured, hierarchical PN model although such modelling is not supported by the SPNP `basis apos; of Macrotec/SPNP and the analysis of such PNs is therefore not supported with this tool.... ..."

"... In PAGE 7: ... Finally, all tools except Macrotec/SPNP permit inhibitor arcs which can sometimes simplify the modelling of system behavior. As for the kinds of analysis described in Table4 , once again, the rst three tools o er similar features with some small di erences.
