Superintendent and Senior Management to realign the Customer Surveys with Broward County’s Strategic Plan. These efforts resulted in a new Customer Survey instrument aligned to the Goals and Objectives of the Strategic Plan. In addition, the instrument can be used as a diagnostic tool, identifying areas of concern for further investigation or celebrating successes that can be shared among schools sites. Overall, the new survey was designed to provide data to be used in decision-making to improve the chances that all students will achieve at their highest potential. This report details findings from the second administration of the revised Customer Survey instruments that include the Students Survey, Teacher Survey, and Parent Survey. There were 190,592 students surveyed across the district, surveys were received from 159,694 students, thus the student response rate was 83.8%. Of the 11,990 teachers surveyed across the district, surveys were received from 10,796 teachers, for a teacher response rate of 90.0%. Last year’s administration of the Customer Survey generated a student response rate of 85.0 % and a teacher response rate of 98.1%, providing evidence of a slight decrease in the student response rate and a larger decrease in the teacher response rate (Schoeneberger, 2002). Finally, surveys were sent to 74,368 parents and 31,074 responded, resulting in a response rate of 41.8%, compared to the
