This paper describes the development of a novel Xilinx XC6264 FPGA configuration control mechanism implemented within the CLC array of an XC6264 FPGA. The mechanism allows CLC configured logic to select the next active configuration of the XC6264 and invoke dynamic reconfiguration. This mechanism has been developed within a hybrid multi-role prototype platform consisting of TIM-40 standard parallel processors and custom designed XC6200 FPGA resource peripheral card. Using this system dynamic coprocessor and stand-alone self-configurable applications have been devised. To further this work the preliminary specification of a novel Asynchronous Virtual Instruction Set Computer is also presented.

Chortle-crf: Fast Technology Mapping for Lookup Table-Based FPGAs

by Robert Francis, Jonathan Rose, Zvonko Vranesic - Proc, 28 th ACM/IEEE Design Automation Conference , 1991
"... A new technology mapping algorithm for lookup tablebased Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) is presented. The major innovation is a method for choosing gate-level decompositions based on bin packing. This approach is up to 28 times faster than a previous exhaustive approach. The algorithm also ex ..."

tables than mis-pga [Murg90a] to implement a set of benchmark networks. Chortle-crf can also implement a network as a circuit of Xilinx 3000 series Configurable Logic Blocks (CLBS). To implement the benchmark networks as circuits of CLBS Chortle-crf requires 12 70 fewer CLBS than mis-pga and 22 % fewer

A Novel Methodology for the Concurrent Test of Partial and Dynamically Reconfigurable SRAM-based FPGAs

by Manuel G. Gericota, Gustavo R. Alves, Miguel L. Silva, José M. Ferreira , 2002
"... This poster presents the first truly non-intrusive structural concurrent test approach, aimed to test partial and dynamically reconfigurable SRAM-based FPGAs without disturbing its operation. This is accomplished by using a new methodology to carry out the replication of active Configurable Logic Bl ..."

Simulation of a QCA-based CLB and a Multi-CLB Application

by Chia-ching Tung, Ruchi B. Rungta, Eric R. Peskin

An efficient certificateless blind signature scheme without bilinear pairing

by Guofagn Dong , Fei Gao , Wenbo Shi , Peng Gong
"... ABSTRACT Recently, the certificateless public key cryptography (CLPKC) has been studied widely since it could solve both of the certificate management problem in traditional public key cryptography (TPKC) and the key escrow problem in the identity-based public key cryptography (ID-based PKC). To sa ..."

). To satisfy requirements of different applications, many certificateless blind signature (CLBS) schemes using bilinear pairing for the CLPKC setting have been proposed. However, the bilinear pairing operation is very complicated. Therefore, the performance of those CLBS schemes is not very satisfactory

Empirical Evaluation of Multilevel Logic Minimization Tools For a Lookup Table-based Field-Programmable Gate Array Technology

by Martine Schlag, Pak K. Chan, Jackson Kong - Proc. 1st Int'l Workshop on Field Programmable Logic and Applications , 1991

We measure the quality of the multi-level logic minimization tools by the number of routed configurable logic blocks (CLBs) in the FPGA realization. We report three results: a) there is a linear relationship between

Clb5-associated kinase activity is required early in the spindle pathway for correct preanaphase nuclear positioning in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

by Marisa Segal, Duncan J. Clarke, Steven I. Reed , 1998
"... Abstract. In Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a single cyclindependent kinase, Cdc28, regulates both G1/S and G2/M phase transitions by associating with stage-specific cyclins. During progression through S phase and G2/M, Cdc28 is activated by the B-type cyclins Clb1–6. Because of functional redundancy, sp ..."

, specific roles for individual Clbs have been difficult to assign. To help genetically define such roles, strains carrying a cdc28 ts allele, combined with single CLB deletions were studied. We assumed that by limiting the activity of the kinase, these strains would be rendered more sensitive to loss
