Table 2: Metadata Attribute Proposals are of help in determining Relevancy. Especially Title and Subject/Keywords explicitly point out prominent representatives of the information content. Even with the help of these attributes, determining the relevancy of information is error- prone: For instance a query for the term \jaguar quot; at any WWW search engine will retrieve document links both for the animal and the automobile. If the user had the animal in mind, the links to automobile sites should have been considered as not relevant. Response Time. The response time criterion measures the delay between submission of a query by the user and reception of the complete response from the information system. The score for this criterion depends on unknown factors such as network tra c, server workload etc. These aspects are hardly predictable. Another factor is the type and complexity of the user query. Again this cannot not be predicted, however, it can be taken into account, once

Table 1 Biological, Technical and Institutional Differences between Plant and Farm Animal Genetic Resources
2007
"... In PAGE 29: ... A second rationale for regulating the export of genetic resources has been the expectations of benefit sharing arising out of the use of genetic reso- urces. However, it is a difficult task to determine any exact future econo- mic value and potential monetary benefits may be substantially lower for AnGR than for plant genetic resources in general (see Table1 for key dif- ferences between AnGR and PGR). Nevertheless, one should keep in mind the fact that current international AnGR research already involves considerable non-monetary benefit sharing with national institutions and livestock keepers, in terms of information exchange, technology transfer, training, joint research and development, and institutional capacity building.... ..."
