Abstract: This document presents the current status and the objectives of the research. After a brief introductory section and an initial presentation of the central idea of the thesis and its proposed structure, the emphasis is given to the symbolic processing part of the project. The Cellular Associative Neural Networks and their basic operation parameters using the AURA associative memory model constitute the main content of this part.
