Abstract: A Conveyor belt system, together with its safety and efficiency objectives is described and studied in the setting of timed µCRL [9]). First, various safety requirements, dealing with the safe transportation of trays from the front end to the back end of the belt, and the speed of the belt are stated. Subsequently, a specification in timed µCRL is given for such a system. This specification is the subject of further calculations and analysis. Using various techniques and theorems, devised...
