Abstract: In recent time, rapid growth in network trac and new multimedia applications have placed increasing Quality of Service (QoS) demands on the Internet infrastructure. However, the best-e ort service provided by today's networks cannot support assured data transmission of real-time applications due to unpredictable loss, delay and jitter. While many methods have been proposed to enhance the Internet with better QoS control ability, the diculty of achieving QoS without sacri cing high resource... (Update)
