Abstract: this paper was largely inspired by the pioneering work of Bowie and Eisenberg, which showed that reasonable protein structures can be generated from sequence information alone without disulde constraints or large numbers of free parameters. In the following section our results are compared to those obtained in earlier studies. In general, the results are comparable to or better than those of previously described methods (Update)
