Abstract: Information security is a new and
rapidly evolving field. The best method to
educate students so that they become
proficient information security professionals is
still an unanswered question. The current
model has undergraduate education in either
the strictly technical aspects of information
security or at the other extreme solely in the
realm of political science. We believe that
information security professionals must
understand the broader context to become
