To browse or download records programmatically from the CiteSeer OAI collection you may use our harvest url:
http://cs1.ist.psu.edu/cgi-bin/oai.cgi
You may also browse the archive from a human interface via the OAI Repository Explorer, using the PSUCiteSeer archive identifier or by directly entering our harvest url.
It is possible to download files containing all of our OAI records in two formats:
oai_dc.tar.gz - Includes the dublin core metadata standard.
oai_citeseer.tar.gz - The dublic core standard with additional metadata fields, including citation relationships (References and IsReferencedBy), author affiliations, and author addresses.
