Abstract: Although the Internet can be used to provide high connectivity between parties, it does not always provide strong protection for private communications. Here we describe a strong cryptographic solution to this problem using one-time pads. One-time pads provide cryptographically secure communication and can be implemented using low-power computing devices such as Pocket PC's, Palm-compatible devices, and even devices for ubiquitous computing such as Javacard and iButton. A method for the... (Update)
