Abstract: This paper presents the functional logic programming language Brooks which inherits from the languages Curry and BABEL, but allows the integration of di#erent narrowing strategies. We describe briefly the abstract machine BEBAM as target for the compilation of Brooks programs together with key points of the translation process. (Update)
