Abstract: The use of collaborative technologies to support shared efforts give rise to environments ripe with potential for value creation. Organizational practice is amass with tools and techniques for value creation. However, this phenomenon remains illusive at best. Within the collaborative context lies the key to creating value from intellectual assets.
