Abstract: The \Delta approach supports language design, derivation of provably correct prototype interpreters and test program generation based on formal specifications. The specification framework of the \Delta system provides for example GSFs (a kind of attribute grammars), recursive function definitions and lexical grammars. The composition of specification fragments is described by means of the special purpose formalism PRA supporting modularity with late binding. To express the actual design of a... (Update)
