Abstract: In this paper, we propose to use some knowledge that is accessible in an electronic bilingual dictionary to build ontological databases. For languages other than English, some researchers have tried to translate English ontologies in order to reduce the cost of development of such a large resource. To improve the quality of this resource (and so that it is adequate to the specificity of the target language), these researchers had the semantic relations of the entire ontology checked manually ...
