Abstract: Our work concerns the elaboration of organizational memories (OM). We investigate the feasibility and the benefit of a strong coupling between a knowledge base and a documents ' base. Such a coupling supposes that the knowledge to manage is distributed, at one and the same time, in a knowledge model and documents. This distribution raises many questions such as: what knowledge to model?, and how to diffuse the modeled knowledge? In reply to the first question, we recommend modeling the... (Update)
