Abstract: Introduction
Computer art represents the use of the digital computer to create artistic
products, by employing technology in the service of art. Its clearest
societal presence is at the movie theatre, where computer graphics
directly support the art of movie production. The bridge between
computing and art also has other connotations. Creating software has
often been termed an art, but by this term, most are referring to its
