Abstract: We discuss research issues pertinent to providing reliable server pooling
in military mobile ad-hoc networks. To persistently maintain connections
for military applications even as links and nodes migrate or become disabled,
server pooling is used to increase system availability by allowing
a pool of redundant information sources to be viewed as a single transport
endpoint. We aim to design reliable server pooling for networks
that are highly mobile, have limited processing power, and are... (Update)
