Abstract: ion Negotiation in Distributed Planning. In the above, we considered how agents can determine that conflicts exist between their plans and how to impose constraints on (usually when they take) their actions to avoid conflict. Sometimes, determining which agent should wait for another is fairly random and arbitrary. Exceptions, however, exist.
