Abstract: Machine learning is concerned with the study of computer systems that can automatically learn from experience in contrast with current systems that work by explicit programming. Machine learning dates back to the beginning of the artificial intelligence in the 50s. However, it has not been until much more recently that a theoretical framework for the mathematical study of learning systems was proposed by Valiant [124].
