Abstract: We propose a concurrent logic programming model for the Web which
maps Web page retrieval to logic programming processes and data streams.
This gives us the leverage to address, in logic programming notation, Web
connectivity issues such as latency and unreliability, and to encode recovery
/avoidance behaviours such as time-outs, rate monitoring, and repeat requests.
We illustrate how this approach can be used to support the more abstract
LogicWeb view of the Web as compositional logic... (Update)
