Currently, the best measurement of # 000 is the one reported by the CPLEAR Collaboration: Re(# 000 ) 0.18 0.15) and Im(# 000 ) 0.15 0.20) corresponding to a limit on the branching ratio of B(K S # # 0 # 0 # 0 ) 1. 9 10 5 at 90 CL [4]. More recently the SND collaboration has lowered the limit on the branching fraction to 1.4 10 5 at 95 CL [5] We plan to improve the above limits on the real and imaginary part of # 000 by a factor of ten from the measurement of K S K L interference near the production target.
