....This paper aims to be a first step towards this goal within the context of deductive databases, where we explore the visual definition of their schemas. In doing so, we draw from our prior results here adapted and extended regarding the definition of a visual logic programming language [23, 1, 24, 22]. The increasing power of computers and specially the improvement of their graphical capabilities has fostered in the last years the study of new forms of expression within formal languages: visual languages.
