....Hybrid Training Method (HTM) combines genetic operators, namely selection, mutation, recombination, and isolation, with batchbackpropagation training steps. It has been shown, that the use of genetic operators for optimizing the weights of neural networks often results in an improved local minimum [HA94, Hei90].
