....A special case of model (1.1) is when k enters linearly and y nonlinearly. A problem of this kind is here called dynamic separable nonlinear but other names, like conditionally linear, are also used. An overview of the research, mainly when the model is separable but not dynamic, can be found in [7]. In this reference description of solution techniques, examples of application areas etc can be found.
