....Verb Groups The verb rules have been used for recognition, and consequently for tagging, of verb groups in unannotated text. A portion of sentences which have not been used for learning, has been extracted from a corpus. Each sentence has been ambiguously tagged with LEMMA morphological analyser (Pala and Sevecek, 1995), i.e. each word of the sentence has been assigned to all possible tags. Then all the verb rules were applied to each sentence. The learned verb rules displayed quite good accuracy. For corpus DESAM, a verb rule has been correctly assigned to 92.3 verb groups.
