....environments. 1 Introduction Nowadays, the mobile code technology is being watched with keen interest as an effective technology to develop software systems for open ended distributed environments mobile computing. Until recently, many mobile code systems have been developed: Telescript[25], Aglets[15] Agent Tcl[8] Voyager[1] etc. We can also regard Java applets as simple mobile code programs. In Jini[4] the core technology is mobile code. Active networks and the Internet appliances are also based on mobile code. In open ended distributed environments mobile computing, ....
....and the works by Sander et al.[21] Hohl[11] etc. aim for the latter. As the security model based on type system, there are some works by Hennessey et al.[9] Leroy et al.[16] etc. PLAN[10] is a packet description language for active networks. PLAN is also a strong typed language. Telescript[25] has the mechanism to restrict that mobile agents consume system resources too much. Jini[4] has the same mechanism as Telescript. Jini also supports a transaction mechanism with 2 phase commit protocol to guarantee the consistency of applications. Mole[24] has a partial roll back mechanism. ....

....etc. The changes of runtime environments have given a strong influence on the execution of the programs, which we cannot ignore. For example, applets in Java are downloaded to any remote hosts, and then they are executed on the remote hosts. Moreover, mobile agents in Java [6] Telescript[11], etc. can move around various kinds of computing sites via the network in runtime. However, they are designed and implemented without considering the runtime environments of remote hosts sites. Thus, they may not work well in some runtime environments of remote hosts sites. Then, Java virtual ....
