Abstract: Introduction Written signatures have been used for hundreds of years. Formally, giving your signature to a document provides the following services: integrity ---the message cannot be altered after it is signed. proof of origin ---anyone reading the document is sure you signed it. non-repudiation ---at a later date, you cannot deny signing it. The recipient of your signed document is assured of these services by the fact that your pen flourish is unique, and hard to forge. Twenty years ago, ... (Update)
