Abstract: By its own nature, mobile code requires exibility in order to be adaptable to any execution context it may be run in. In this paper we investigate this exibility requirement from the design point of view, and propose a solution based on mixin- based inheritance to ful ll it. We also propose an extension of the language Klaim with object-oriented features, as an application of this approach. (Update)
