Abstract: This paper describes promising possibilities of cooperation between behavioral AI and economics. The importance of realworld experiments is discussed in some detail. An experiment is presented, in which robotic agents live in an ecosystem together with competitors. The agent's behavior is analyzed from an economic point of view. Results, limitations, and future prospects are presented. (Update)
