Abstract: Research Interests
My research interests lie in the design of low-cost, highly-reliable systems. In particular, my
work is focused on the design of low-overhead mechanisms for transient fault detection and
diagnosis, as well as predictive systems for the onset of wearout modes leading to failure.
The goal of my work is to leverage these tools in the design of an adaptive architecture
that is capable of tolerating both transient faults and failures due to aging devices in future
technology... (Update)
