Abstract:
We propose a way of adding probabilities to Dynamic Epistemic Logic (Baltag, Moss, and Solecki (1998)) to obtain a logic for reasoning about information change that is brought about by probabilistic information. We propose a general format for representing probabilistic information in a multi-agent setting, define the corresponding notion of epistemic update, and discuss the logic that results. 1
